Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient eastern body, mind, spirit discipline and self-defense system based on the principle of Taoist, Confucist and Zen thought.
Chi Kung can be literally translated as ‘energy work’ and is Tai Chi Chuan’s complementary practice. Through dynamic technique, sensory perception, breath, mudras and meditation Chi Kung cleanses and balances our subtle energy chakric and meridian system, and cultivates and directs that vital energy in the body. Both arts are a restorative for mind and spirit and support the health of all the body’s physical systems.
