“The gentle and yielding is the Discipline of life”-Tao Te Ching

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Eastern body, mind, spirit martial discipline based on the principle of internal power and structured by Taoist, Confucist and Zen thought. Chi Kung is T’ai Chi Chuan’s predecessor and complementary practice. Chi Kung can be literally translated as ’energy work’. Through dynamic technique, sensory perception, breath, mudras and meditation Chi Kung clenses and balances our subtle energy chakric and meridian system, and cultivates and directs that vital energy in the body. Both arts are a restorative for mind and spirit and support the health of all the body’s physical systems.
