Ayurveda – meaning “the science of life” in Sanskrit – is an ancient system of medicine which originated in India over 5,000 years ago and is still practiced widely today around the world with remarkable results.

Ayurveda helps individuals to understand their unique constitution and bring balance with diet, lifestyle, herbs, oil massages, and specialized detox programs.
